
Marlene Anderson, Employee Benefits Account Manager, provides Corporate Employee Benefits clients with world-class customer service for our client companies and their employees. Her role is to act as a liaison between the client and insurance carrier to ensure all client needs are not only met, but exceeded. As Account Manager, Marlene is also primarily responsible for driving and monitoring Adirondack Financial Services Corp.'s stewardship process and measures results against our client's strategic goals. Marlene has 20 combined years of experience in the areas of customer service, management, insurance, banking, and project management. Most importantly, she offers our clients the benefit of her 10 years of Human Resources expertise. At Partners Trust Bank, Marlene serviced the benefits and employment needs for over 800 employees.
Marlene graduated from SUNY Oswego with a BS in Education and has earned graduate level certificates in the Education and Human Resources fields. Marlene holds her Life, Accident and Health Insurance license and is a national and local member of the Society of Human Resources Management. Marlene has been an active member of the community for over 30 years, previously serving in a leadership capacity on the United Way of Greater Utica Campaign Cabinet, Leadership Mohawk Valley Board of Directors, and Metro Utica Business and Professional Women's Association, to name a few.
