Bill has over 20 years of experience in trust management and investment counseling. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1993 and has proven expertise as an investment manager for individuals, corporations, and not-for-profits.
In addition to his efforts on behalf of his clients, Bill is deeply committed to his community, serving on the boards of a number of regional charities and institutions. For more than 15 years, Bill Locke has advised not-for-profit corporations in upstate New York and answered their questions about investment management.
