The mission of the AFS Employee Benefit Division is to become a trusted advisor to our clients by offering them creative solutions to their current and future needs as they relate to Employee Benefits. Our approach is strategic and proactive with a goal-oriented process that follows a three-year plan with annual measurements.
This type of service model truly differentiates us in that our clients’ medical renewals are not the “events” that they are with most brokers. Our approach is one of working on long-term goals on a year-round basis, and understanding and controlling the overall cost of benefits (premiums, deductibles, co-pays, cost of turnover, etc.) without compromising the plan features and benefits to the employees. This is done through proactive management and stewardship.
